AWWA C515 Resilient Seated Gate Valve

AWWA C515 Resilient Seated Gate Valve serve to cut the medium flow in the piping system, widely used in the field of potable water, water supply and drainage, sewage disposal, irrigation, fire protection as well as chemical and energy industry.

Face to face: ANSI/ASME B16.10
Flanges are drilled to ANSI/ASME 16.42, Class 125/150
Pressure Rate: CL125/150
Coating: Fusion bonded epoxy coating
Medium: Drinking water, Neutral water, Sewage
Temperature Range: 0℃~80℃

Features:
Clockwise closing (CWC) as standard, anticlockwise closing upon request.
Operation: Hand wheel,Gearbox,Electric actuator
Bonnet bolts are in Galvanized Carbon Steel, and sealed with hot melt to prevent corrosion.   Other materials upon request.
Gland bolts are in SS304 to prevent corrosion.
O-ring bonnet gasket wraps each bolt to prevent corrosion.
100% testing before packing and delivery

Attention:
1.   The valve is installed independent of the flow direction of the medium.
2.   After the valve is assembled, the thread of the bolt/stem shall be greased to prevent corrosion and facilitate subsequent disassembly.
3.   Do not use the valve for pipe pressure regulation, gate valves generally play the role of a switch, to achieve a good adjustment effect, it is recommended to choose a professional regulating valve, water erosion will affect the service life of the valve disc.
4.   Do not use valves with EDPM for gaseous fluids.
