The bottom of the soft-sealed gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris to accumulate and make the fluid flow unobstructed.
2. The domestic first-class rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanization valve to ensure accurate geometric dimensions. The rubber and ductile iron valves are firmly fixed, not easy to fall off, and have good elastic memory.
3. Coated with powder epoxy resin to prevent valve body corrosion and rust. It can also be used in sewage systems. In the past, traditional iron gate valves were usually caused by collisions or overlapping foreign bodies. This situation can be greatly reduced because the material becomes nodular cast iron.
4. Three O-type, because the valve stem is designed with three O-rings. It can reduce the friction resistance during the switching process, greatly reduce the leakage phenomenon, and it will not stop the water when replacing the seal ring.

Second, the use of soft seal gate valve .

1. The sealed valve body and valve cover are cast by precision casting. Once formed, it is no longer processed.
2. There is no pit at the bottom of the soft-sealed gate valve, no slag accumulation, and the failure rate of gate valve opening and closing is low.
3. Soft sealing rubber gaskets are uniform in size and interchangeable. Therefore, the soft seal gate valve will be the development direction of the gate valve, but also a type of valve that the water supply industry is willing to adopt. When opening and closing the soft-sealed gate valve, as long as the water-stop effect is achieved, do not close it too much, otherwise it is not easy to open or peel the rubber.
4. Soft seal butterfly valves are mostly used in industry. For the butterfly valve during installation, the rubber ring is easily damaged and affects the sealing performance. Many manufacturers have introduced metal-sealed butterfly valves in place of rubber-sealed butterfly valves. Due to the small sealing elasticity, the metal seal butterfly valve generally adopts an eccentric structure, and it is more reasonable to use a three-dimensional eccentric structure.

Third, the use of soft seal gate valve .

1. The opening and closing directions of the elastic soft seal gate valve should be closed clockwise.
2. In order to facilitate the opening and closing of personnel, the maximum switching torque should be 240 under the pressure of the pipeline.
3. If the soft-sealed gate valve is deeply buried, and the distance between the operating mechanism and the display board is greater than 1.5 meters, an extension rod should be provided and firmly fixed so that people can observe and operate the ground. That is, valve opening and closing operations in the pipeline network are not suitable for downhole operations.
