The appearance of triple eccentric butterfly valve broadens the application field of butterfly valve, from can only be used in normal temperature and pressure water system, to can be used in high temperature and high pressure water, gas, oil and other media pipelines.
Triple eccentric butterfly valve performance advantages:

1. Set adjustment and cutting in one, strong control.
The design of the new triple eccentric butterfly valve adopts double safety structure, In order to prevent the disc deformation, stem dislocation and sealing surface occlusion caused by the influence of fluid pressure and temperature, two independent thrust rings are installed on the upper and lower sides of the disc respectively, so as to ensure the normal operation of the valve under any working conditions.
In order to prevent the valve stem from breakage and flying out of the valve, the valve stem flying out of the two parts of the design of their own independent mechanism.

2.No dead zone design, small opening torque.

When the valve is opened, the elliptical cone sealing surface valve plate is first removed from the U-shaped elastic seat, and then rotated;
When closed, the valve plate rotates.  Under the action of eccentric shaft, the valve plate automatically adjusts the center to the elastic valve seat, and puts pressure on the valve seat to deform until the valve seat is closely matched with the elliptical conical sealing surface of the valve plate.
When the valve is switched on and off, the disc does not scratch the valve seat, and the torque of the valve stem is directly transmitted to the sealing surface through the disc, and the opening torque is small, thus eliminating the common jumping phenomenon when opening the valve, that is, eliminating the dead zone.
This no-dead zone design makes the three eccentric butterfly valve can almost enter the adjustable area from 0 opening to 90 opening, and its control ratio can be as high as 1001 or more, 2 times of the general butterfly valve.

3.Zero leakage, high temperature and high pressure resistance.
The biggest characteristic of the three eccentricity is that the sealing structure is fundamentally changed.  It is no longer position sealing, but torsion sealing.  That is, it does not rely on the elastic deformation of the seat, but completely depends on the contact surface pressure of the seat to achieve the sealing effect.

This sealing structure makes the three eccentric butterfly valve can be hard sealed VI level, to achieve true zero leakage.

At the same time, because of the selection of metal seat and the structural characteristics of face seal, the problem of high temperature and high pressure resistance is solved.

In addition, Triple eccentric butterfly valve due to the use of body seat structure, so that the valve structure is more compact, and reduce the valve seat direct contact with the medium opportunity, reduce the degree of valve seat erosion, but also effectively prevent the influence of small solid in the medium and thermal expansion may cause sealing surface bite, thus extending the service life of the valve seat.

New triple eccentric butterfly valve not only the body seat can be replaced, and the butterfly plate sealing surface and the butterfly plate is independent, the butterfly plate sealing surface can also be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
