Soft Seal Gate Valve Features:
1.Flat bottom valve seat
The traditional gate valve is often deposited in the groove at the bottom of the valve due to foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, paper scraps, and debris after washing the pipe with water. It is easy to cause water leakage when it cannot be closed tightly. The lower part of the soft-sealed gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, which is not easy to cause debris deposition and make the fluid flow unobstructed.
2. Overall encapsulation
The valve plate uses high-quality rubber for the internal and external rubber. The domestic rubber vulcanization technology enables the vulcanized valve plate to ensure the geometric size, and the rubber is firmly connected with the ductile iron gate, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.
3. Corrosion resistance
Concealed soft-seal gate valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent the valve body from corrosion and rust, and can be used in sewage systems.
4. Not easily broken
In the past, traditional cast iron gate valves often hit foreign objects, caused collisions or overlaps and caused fractures. As the valve is changed to ductile iron, this situation can be greatly reduced.
