Butterfly valve must be hard sealed to withstand high temperature, but the leakage is large;To achieve zero leakage, soft seals must be used, but they are not resistant to high temperatures.In order to overcome the contradiction of the double eccentric butterfly valve, the butterfly valve is eccentric for the third time.

Its structural feature is that when the position of the double eccentric valve stem is eccentric, the conical axis of the disc sealing surface deviates from the cylinder axis of the valve body,That is, the third eccentric disc seal section is no longer a true circle, but an ellipse, the shape of the sealing surface is asymmetric, one side and the body center line tilt, the other side and the body center line parallel.

The characteristic of this third eccentricity is that it fundamentally changes the sealing structure, no longer a positional seal, but a torsion seal;That is, it does not rely on the elastic deformation of the valve seat, but completely relies on the surface pressure contacting the valve seat to achieve the sealing effect.

Therefore, the metal seat zero leakage problem solved at one stroke, and because the contact surface pressure is proportional to the pressure of the medium, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance is also easy to solve.
