RKSfluid Center Line Butterfly Valve is a resilient seated concentric butterfly valve designed for reliable isolation and flow control in water transmission, HVAC, fire protection, irrigation and industrial utility systems.

Available in wafer, lug and double flange configurations from DN32 to DN2400, the valve provides cost-effective shut-off performance with low operating torque and compatibility with manual, gearbox, pneumatic and electric actuators.

FAQs

Center line butterfly valves are suitable for water, oil and gas applications, including HVAC, fire protection, water treatment, irrigation and CDU systems. They are commonly selected where compact design, reliable shut-off and easy operation are required.
The connection should match the pipeline layout and installation requirements. RKSfluid valves are available in wafer, lug, double flange and U-section configurations. Flange dimensions and installation space should be confirmed before selection.
RKSfluid Center Line Butterfly Valves are available in PN6, PN10, PN16 and Class 150 pressure ratings. The appropriate rating should be selected according to the pipeline design pressure and applicable project specifications.
NBR, EPDM and VITON seats are available. EPDM is commonly used for water, while NBR is suitable for certain oil applications. VITON can be considered for applications requiring higher chemical and temperature resistance.
Disc options include ductile iron with nylon or epoxy coating, CF8, CF8M and duplex stainless steel. Material selection depends on the medium, corrosion conditions, pressure and project requirements.
The valve is designed according to BS EN 593. Face-to-face dimensions follow ISO 5752 for wafer, lug and double flange types, and EN 558 Series 20 for U-section designs. Flange requirements can be selected according to the application.
