High-Pressure Pig Launcher & Receiver – Efficient and Safe Pipeline Cleaning Solution

The pig launcher and receiver are essential equipment for pipeline cleaning and pigging operations. They are designed to safely send and receive pipeline pigs in oil, gas, water, and chemical pipelines. Operation Process:

• Launching (Sending the Pig): Close the inlet and launch valves, open the main valve 1 to empty the launcher barrel, insert the pig through the blind flange, then close the blind flange. Open the inlet valve and the launch valve; the pig indicator shows the pig has been sent. Close the inlet and launch valves, and reopen the main valve 1.
• Receiving (Collecting the Pig): Close the main valve 2, open the receiver and outlet valves. Once the pig indicator shows the pig has entered the receiver, open the main valve 2, then close the receiver and outlet valves. Empty the receiver barrel and open the blind flange to remove the pig.
